In my career, I have worked largely in the field of Technology Support, however I have also been a web-developer and designer, shift manager, beta-tester, and support engineering.

As my resume available for download lists, I have had a fair amount of experience. Some highlights from my resume include:
- My most recent tenure has been at Backcountry.com. At Backcountry I am a Desktop Support Engineer. This involves working with Networking (both hardware and software planning and implementation), Troubleshooting problems and repairing them for the end user, deciding necessary equipment and making such purchases, requesting purchases for necessary hardware over a certain monetary value, and an in depth utilization of Windows Server 2008 and Exchange Server 2010. In addition, I have utilized Visual Basic to allow for more efficient management tasks.
- At Radford University I worked as an IT Specialist I. This involved troubleshooting and repair of software and hardware problems for Faculty, Staff and Students. In addition I handled sensetive data from user accounts. I also got a great amount of experience working with various academic technologies. In addition, I utilized the Python programming language for task automation.
- Over the years I have achieved a high level of understanding of the Windows (95-8) Operating System, Mac OSX (all flavors), as well as many distributions of Linux (with a highlight on Debian based distributions).
- I have a moderate to high amount of experience working with Windows Server (2003, 2008, 2012, as well as Exchange Servers).
- I posess a detailed understanding of how to suggest hardware for a given task. This has come from years of assisting in the deciding on the kinds of computers someone needs as well as building my own personal computers.
